Co-living is a modern form of communal living where residents have their own private living spaces alongside shared common areas, such as kitchens and sometimes bathrooms. All co-living units are fully furnished and move-in ready. Not only are furnishings included, but all utilities and internet are also included, providing for maximum affordability.
Co-living offers a unique living experience by providing fully-furnished private rooms and shared common spaces. Our co-living units focus equally on privacy and community. Each private room is outfitted with private fridges, workspaces and plentiful storage; in addition, residents have access to an additional full kitchen and building amenity spaces. These buildings also focus on community by offering regular events for residents to socialize and connect with each other.
Affordability and flexibility are unmatched with co-living communities. Residents are afforded painless moves, given that all furnishing and utilities are already in place. Co-living units are truly move-in ready and provide residents with additional cost-savings that traditional apartments cannot offer.
Rent includes your private suite, access to all shared common areas, utilities (water, electricity, gas), high-speed internet and weekly cleaning of the common areas. Some of our locations also offer additional amenities such as a gym or rooftop terrace.
Community guidelines are in place to ensure all residents follow the same expectations in the shared spaces. These include respecting your roommates and shared spaces, being mindful of noise levels, and adhering to our non-smoking policy. In addition, the shared spaces are cleaned weekly to ensure all residents have comfortable living conditions.
Pets are not allowed to ensure a comfortable environment for all residents. Exceptions may be made for service animals or emotional support animals with proper documentation.
Residents of community living tend to foster the right openness and respectful communication. If an issue cannot be resolved between residents, our team is available to help find a solution.
All residents qualify for their own private living space individually. Leases are only held in their individual names and there are no shared leases in place amongst other suites. While lessees are equally responsible for the common area rules, each lessee is only responsible for the rent terms of their own lease.
